Q. Are spirit Fingerz sold as a pair?
A. Yes, spirit Fingerz are sold as a pair.

Q. Can I wash my Spirit Fingerz?
A. No, we recommend using a damp cloth to wipe off any dirt or stains on your gloves. 

Q. What sizes are available?
A. Our product is conveniently "one size fits most," and will stretch to fit.

Q. Are there children's sizes available?
A. Spirit Fingerz currently comes as a "one size fits most," but our team is developing new sizes to add to our collection.

Q. If I don't see my color, can I special order Spirit Fingerz? 
A. Yes. Special orders have minimum requirements and longer wait times than our stock Colorz™. Please email any "Special Order" questions to sales@spiritfingerz.com

Q. Can I customize my Spirit Fingerz with a logo of my choice?
A. Yes, we will need a high-res image (.JPG, .PNG, .AI, .PSD). The logo must be larger than 2"x2" and 300 DPI is preferred. If your logo is too detailed, it may be difficult to embroider. Please submit your custom order Here. *Please note we cannot use logos that are protected under a copyright that you do not own (i.e. Professional Sports Teams)

Q. How long will it take to get my custom pair?
A. Fulfillment times vary for each custom order. Depending on the volume, custom orders usually ship within 7-14 business days. For large volume orders (10,000+ pairs), please contact one of our sales specialists at sales@spiritfingerz.com

Q. Can I use Spirit Fingerz as a fundraiser for my non-profit organization?
A. Yes, absolutely! Proof of your 501-c3 status will be required at the time of your order and you must meet the 48 piece minimum opening order requirement. Please click the "Fundraising" tab at the top of the page.

Q. Is expedited shipping available?
A. Yes. We offer three shipping options within the United States: Standard (5-7 Business Days), Priority (2-3 Business Days), and Express (1-2 Business Days).

Q. If I receive Spirit Fingerz as a gift but it is in the wrong color or team, can I exchange them?
A. Yes, you may exchange any Spirit Fingerz, still in the original package, at no cost. If the packaging is damaged you will be charged a $5 restocking fee.

Q. Why don't you carry my favorite team? 
A. We are constantly adding new leagues and licensed products to our assortment. Please contact us at sales@spiritfingerz.com with your inquiry. You can also join our mailing list to be the first to know when new gloves are released!

Q. If a Pom Pom falls off or there is a manufacturing defect in my spirit Fingerz, how do I exchange them for a new pair? 
A. We stand behind the quality of our product 100%. If there is a defect or a glove becomes damaged (like a Pom falls off) please contact us promptly. We will send a self-addressed envelope (to send the defective set back to us) along with your replacement set of gloves. Kindly place the old gloves in the poly bag and drop off at any USPS location. 

Q. Are Spirit Fingerz available for Wholesale customers?

Q. Do you offer volume discounts to Schools and other Organizations? 
A. We are set up on automatic price tiers that discount the cost of each glove as your volume increases. For orders of 10,000+ pairs, please email us at sales@spiritfingerz.com

Q. Do you offer International Shipping? 
A. Yes, we offer International Shipping to more than 180 countries! Rates vary based on order total and Shipping Service selected at checkout.
